Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor in Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa with over 13 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels. My work addresses a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, autism, learning disabilities, ADHD, physical trauma, emotional abuse, and/or challenges related to identifying as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.

My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, dialectic behavior therapy, EMDR, and rational-emotive therapy. I tailor our dialog and your treatment plan to meet your specific therapeutic needs using methods like mindfulness, meditation, art therapy, and readings or homework that will benefit your unique experience of life.
